Hosne Ara Akhtar Surovi fought against a misogynistic society to empower women. Inspired by witnessing her mother's abuse, she founded 'Shams Enterprise,' training women in handicrafts and providing them with work to achieve independence. She also promotes sanitary napkins to improve women's health.

About the filmmakers
I'm Abu Bakar Siddique, I am a transwoman. My family threw me out of the house just because of my gender identity. Since then I have to fight to save my life in this country I am studying honors now. I used to do theater since childhood, so acting and cinema are my passion.
