About the filmmakers

NIKUZE SHAVU-SHASHEKE PRISCA, HOLDING A BACHELOR\'S DEGREE IN APPLIED COMMUNICATION, IS PASSIONATE ABOUT COMMUNICATION, ESPECIALLY PUBLIC SPEAKING, MULTIMEDIA, AND STRATEGY WRITING. HER COMMITMENT TO THE HUMANITARIAN AND COMMUNICATION FIELDS IS FUELED BY HER DETERMINATION, DEDICATION, AND WISDOM.

Maroy Jean-Luc, born on October 17, 2002, in Goma, is a dedicated advocate for education and human rights. He studied at E.P. Bwakya and Institut Zanner before pursuing a Master's degree in International Law at the University of Goma. As a co-founder of The Future of Congo and founder of Only Congo, he actively volunteers with organizations protecting children's rights in Eastern DRC. Since 2023, he has led the "Education for All" program, supporting education for children in displaced persons camps. A human rights defender since 2018, he also completed diplomatic training in Addis Ababa in March 2024, embodying a strong commitment to improving his community's future.
