Nuru (Light)
By Allen Kamanzi Aniket and Benedict Joseph

Nuru, a 14-year-old girl, is enduring domestic abuse and rape by her half-brother. Denied education and a chance to live a normal life, she discovers a way to report what's happening to her. True to the meaning of her name "light" she finds the clarity to break free and get help from social service.
