This is Gugu's story. Her journey and her struggles migrating from Zimbabwe to South Africa and being a refugee in a highly xenophobic country. This is also a story of how education has saved her, and how she believes it can save many more.

About the filmmaker
Aida pursues her passions of debate, public speaking, photography and videography at the African Leadership Academy. She plans to continue working in the media field as well as pursue philanthropy and any chance at public speaking she can get!
