Period poverty is a much bigger problem than we think. It affects girls in more ways than we can imagine. Health wise, education wise, mentally, and more. People don't how serious this problem is, and my film serves to bring to light the harsh realities faced by the girls.

Tinayeishe Wakatama is a young, aspiring writer from Harare, Zimbabwe. Writing is her passion, she loves to tell stories- be it fiction or reality- through her works. She aspires to study creative writing in university and continue telling stories through creating films as well as writing books.
