In Nepal, menstrual hygiene management still remains a major challenge for most girls and women. Shame and stigma around menstruation contributes to limited health education and lack of hygienic sanitary materials. In certain parts of Western Nepal, women are banished from their homes to live in sheds during their menstrual cycle. This film is an attempt to highlight the issue of menstrual exclusion and to give voice to these secluded women.
